Residents of New York City are well used to witnessing strange events like giant rats carrying pizzas through the metro. But this weird image left Brooklyn inhabitants scratching their heads. First, there's this creepy, headless, handless, and footless Invisible Man . Second, is he dancing or hailing a yellow cab? And third, what is that weird mini-submarine/UFO thing doing in the parking lot? This might be a case for NYC's finest: The Ghostbusters.
