We use many idioms to describe unfortunate events, from a car crash and train wreck to dumpster fire, SNAFU, and clusterf**k, but here's an actual train wreck. The Google Van Driver was minding their own business, driving on the I-80 near Wells, Nevada, USA, when they came across this accident and caught it on camera. Since there's an emergency truck in the middle ground, the photo was probably snapped in the aftermath of the derailment.
