Megan Fox walked the red carpet to the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards with style. Arriving with her musician boyfriend, Machine Gun Kelly, the actress wore a curve-hugging, completely see-through custom Mugler midi dress with subtle shimmery embroidery. In doing so, she channeled Rose McGowan's famed "naked" dress from the 1999 VMA Awards. Underneath, Megan wore an embellished silver thong and accessorized her dazzling look with Lorraine Schwartz earrings and Jimmy Choo heels.

This is certainly one red carpet look for the history books and arguably one of the actress's best so far.
